Das XCD 2,8 / 135 ist ein kurzes Teleobjektiv mit einer Brennweite von 135 mm. Es ist vergleichbar mit einem 105mm Vollformatobjektiv und eignet sich daher ideal für Portrait- und Landschaftsaufnahmen. Das XCD 135mm verfügt über eine Naheinstellgrenze von 1m (M=1:5,8 bzw. 1:3,4 mit Konverter) und einen Blendenbereich von 2,8 bis 32. In Kombination mit dem passenden X Konverter 1,7 erhöht sich die Brennweite des Objektivs auf 230mm, entsprechend 178mm bei Vollformat, bei einem Blendbereich von 4,8-32.
